Just a cute picture we wanted to share.

Evan

Ben and I finally gave it and decided to potty train Evan. Neither of us wanted to deal with the "accidents" that come along with it. But Evan was ready and has done really well. This picture was taken about a week ago. Notice the wet spots on his pants? This was one of the worse ones. Good thing we were outside. I would venture to say he is potty trained. (knock on wood) Sometimes he gets too involved with playing and forgets he doesn't have a diaper on, but he does really well now. Yeah!
We decided to paint our basement walls. They're cement and ugly gray so we are painting them so the kids and I will want to be down there more during the hot summer. The basement is usually the only place we can cool down. The kids had a lot of fun helping. We've already painted one section of the basement. I never knew it was so difficult to paint cement and make it look better then just having the ugly gray. Anyone want to make a special trip out to help paint?

Kamri pix

Here a couple of the latest pictures we had taken of Kamri. There were so many cute ones to chose from. I ended up picking the one here on the right. The ones with the flowers were real cute but for some reason she didn't look like herself without her clothes on. Ben doesn't usually like me to put headbands on our baby girls, but he actually liked this one that I made. She did sooo well the whole time and I got lots of her smiling.

Birthday boy

Here is Hollan's bday cake - he wanted a 'frog holding a present' - luckily he gave no more direction than that on it, so I opted for the overweight bullfrog approach...

Getting a little work done...

This is what a little 'plastic surgery' and a dye job would look like on Hollan......what do you think?

Picture of Pabla's first steps

The girls are posing in front of the two most prominent things in Southwestern Kansas, corn fields and windmills.

Here is the hail that fell after that tornado almost touched down. Most of it had melted by the time we emerged from the storm shelter.
Thankfully, it was too small to dent the cars.

Now that Melca is all by herself at home while Dan is at work, all that she has time to do is pose for pictures, and take pictures of the girls.

Melca saying goodbye to her parents at our house in Topeka. They finish their mission on June 30th.
