Fumpin on the Fampoline and skipping rocks

Some of the many activities that we did on our trip.

Trip to Montana

Here are some of the pics that we took. The kids were asleep in the car so we could not get them by the sign. 1700 miles of driving with three kids in a Hyundai Elantra is something we will not want to do again anytime soon, but we had a lot of memorable moments. Let me just say that Kamri is an angel, she never cried in the car once.

Work

Hi All my beautiful brothers and sisters!

I just wanted to let you know how my job is going. We are still in training and it has been interesting. The company provides services directed to military customers, so I have been asked to provide a lot of personal experiences so that those employees who are not prior military, can have the right respect for what today's military does for our country. Today, I laughed as they handed out MRE's (meals-ready-to-eat) and told us to prepare them and eat them. The instructor told me not to help them. It comes with a warmer(for those non boy or girls scouts that may not know this part) that all you have to do is put a little water in a pouch with the packaged food and the flat heater. Well the heater absorbs the water and starts to be heat activated. Then it is supposed to heat your food. My team, put too much water and gave up waiting for it to work. So, they ate it cold. When they were done, it all of a sudden started steaming... They were MAD! They asked me why I didn't tell them to be more patient. I said it was more fun this way! HE HE.... I like it so far. So, we shall see when my training turns job specific. Wish me luck! Love to all!

The Product of my Garden

Don't ever spray stuff on your plants. I bought some spray from Wal-mart specifically designed for strawberry and tomato plants to help nourish them and keep the insects off and I went out the next day and all the strawberry plants were dead and the tomato plant is well on its way. But it gave birth to what will be the only product of my garden this year. Sara says that it tasted good and it tasted like the other ones that we bought at Albertsons. (She forgot to close her mouth when she bit into it and it shot out lots of juice onto the table. That's why we love cherry tomatoes.) Hope you all have better luck with your gardens this year.

YW Whitewater rafting trip

Here we are, Seattle and I, braving the rapids on the Wenatchee River....if you can't tell - Seattle is up front on the left (she claimed the front as 'her spot' for the entire two days) and I am in the back on the left ( the one with the massive muscles).
We had a blast!
