Sorry if I am getting a little carried away, but I finally got these images to upload so I wanted to show of my family, and me. This is me approaching the finish line @ the Salt Lake City Marathon. I only ran the 5K of course, and finished with a time of 27:12.

Wow Ben! That is really good. You also look so tall in that picture.
You motivated me Ben went out and bought a Cannondale Synapse road bike. It's a year old but never used the store dropped the price by $1200 to clear out inventory.Still cost $1400 so Mary is not too happy with me. I have been so busy at work that I come home and crash and never work out anymore. Hopefully this will help me get back in shape as i love to ride. Work also has a 200 mile bike ride that they sponsor for American cancer society in July so i have a goal to ride in that. It will help me and others.
