If you're interested, you can read the reports from the local paper. What it doesn't mention is that my client is Hispanic, the girl threatened is white, and I have another case where a Hispanic boy was threatened by another Hispanic kid with a real knife, and no charges were filed.

So what do the parents of the victim want? And don't tell me justice. How bout we take away the toy gun and have the kid do community service....
