Update

Ok, sorry I haven't done anything in a while - just a little sidetracked with stuff.

Kiddie update:

Nairne - successfully made it through his corrective foot surgery the first Wednesday in Feb - his sutures were removed yesterday - he's got 3 more weeks with his crutches - for a total of 5 weeks with no weight on his right foot. Then 3 - 5 weeks in a walking boot. He is such a happy 15 year old!

Seattle - made it onto the junior high JV basketball team and is still playing on her select basketball team. Made all A's on her semester report card and still finds time to text so much that the numbers are rubbed off on her cell phone

Addison - 's basketball season is winding down - one more game to go and is anxious to move on...she is called the queen of the steal and jump balls - she just goes in there and grabs it - ever heard of the phrase "that's mine!" She is enjoying her time on the safety patrol team at school and is very relieved that the Northshore school district didn't close her elementary school because of budget cuts

Hollan - 's 1st year on a basketball team is also drawing to a close - last game he scored 6 points, pulled down 4 rebounds and had 2 steals in their 4 point loss. At any given time on the court he can be seen checking the scoreboard...especially after his team scores to make sure they have put up the correct points. He is the student council rep for his class and was nominated his class humanitarian...a honor that his 2 sisters have had previously.


Mike and Kim are just trying to keep up - we are also happy that the basketball season is coming to a close so we can have our Saturdays back - we averaged 4 per Saturday and one Saturday had 6 games to go to! Yikes!
